Pastry Master Class with Chef Arnaud

Dessert life couldn’t have gone any sweeter for this delectable day with renowned Pastry Chef, Chef Jean Francois Arnaud. Pastry experts from various hotels and pastry shops attended the event to witness the Master Chef’s rare demo. 

The afternoon started out with information on pastry trends given by Chef Bruno Casassus. After which, they all proceeded with the demo. Master Chef Arnaud did four demos, Apple Cream Cheese Mousse, Ginger Chocolate Entremet, as well as a Mango Entremet, and Lemon Strawberry Crumble. We all had a good sweet serving taste of these creations, but to top it all off, there were 2 other desserts for us to enjoy (Raspberry Crispy Millefuille and Leon and Basil Mousse). 

Now this dessert demo couldn’t have been Chef Arnaud’s if he didn’t showcase his skill in creating his sugar-piece. Even after having mouthfuls of his magnificent desserts, we were even more amazed at how he sculpted horses and dragons out of sugar, wow! We were just all seated in awe at how he formed the sugar portions and then shaped it into intricate pieces of art.

It was truly a master class experience…
