Talk about world class. The Le Toque Blanches Philippines Culinary Team came back successful from the prestigious Hong Kong International Culinary Challenge 2009. Our very own Anchor Culinary Master Chef Pauline Lagdameo was part of this team. With the theme "Renewable and Sustainable Cuisine", Culinary Team Pilipinas prepared a sumptuous buffet spread of tapas, soup, appetizers, desserts, cakes, artisanal breads, seafood and poultry platters. Displayed on recycled steel weaved and formed into cantilevered shelves, the Philippine entry stood out and eventually bagged a silver award.
