Ingredients
| 1/4 lb | Anchor Cheese Singles |
| 1/2 cup | Anchor Unsalted Butter |
| 8 slices | Crusty bread |
| 1 cup | Prepared tomato |
| 3 pcs | Tomatoes |
| 12 pcs | Bacon, brown and crispy |
| Olive oil | |
| Salt & pepper |
How to cook
- Spread butter on each slice, front and back.
- Spread tomato sauce. Place cheese, then put another layer of tomato sauce.
- Place bacon on top and another layer of cheese.
- Place the other side of the bread.
- Heat up a panini grill, or panini pan.
- Place the sandwich. Press hard until cheese melts.
- Cut into half. Serve immediately.
