Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | Anchor Unsalted Butter |
| 15 cloves | Garlic |
| 2 tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 tsp | Crushed red pepper flakes |
| 30 pcs | Jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined |
| 1 tsp | Rock salt |
| Black pepper, ground |
How to cook
- Process garlic in a food processor to finely chop.
- Heat a large pan, add olive oil and butter.
- Add crush pepper flakes, then garlic.
- Season shrimp with salt and toss to coat.
- Add shrimps to the pan, until pink and heads curl to the tails.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
