Salisbury Steak with Gravy

Anchor Unsalted ButterAnchor Culinary Cream

Ingredients

1 tbspAnchor Unsalted Butter
½ cupAnchor Culinary Cream
¾ lbground beef sirloin
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
½Small onion, chopped finely
1 tspSteak seasoning blend
Salt & pepper
6 pcsPortobello mushrooms, sliced
6 pcsShiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 tbspFlour
½ cupBeef stock

How to cook

Combine meat, Worcestershire, onion, steak seasoning, salt & pepper.

  1. Form two large patties, 1 inch thick.
  2. Preheat non-stick skillet; heat up olive oil, and pan fry the patties until brown. Remove meat. Set aside.
  3. On the same pan, put in butter, add in mushrooms, season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle flour. Whisk in beef stock until thicken. Add cream.
  4. Serve on top of the steak.
