Ingredients
| 1 tbsp | Anchor Unsalted Butter |
| ½ cup | Anchor Culinary Cream |
| ¾ lb | ground beef sirloin |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | Small onion, chopped finely |
| 1 tsp | Steak seasoning blend |
| Salt & pepper | |
| 6 pcs | Portobello mushrooms, sliced |
| 6 pcs | Shiitake mushrooms, chopped |
| 1 tbsp | Flour |
| ½ cup | Beef stock |
How to cook
Combine meat, Worcestershire, onion, steak seasoning, salt & pepper.
- Form two large patties, 1 inch thick.
- Preheat non-stick skillet; heat up olive oil, and pan fry the patties until brown. Remove meat. Set aside.
- On the same pan, put in butter, add in mushrooms, season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle flour. Whisk in beef stock until thicken. Add cream.
- Serve on top of the steak.
