White Chocolate Fondue with Fruits

Anchor Whipping Cream

Ingredients

300 mlAnchor Whipping Cream
200 gWhite chocolate, chopped
2 tbspKirsch/cherry flavored liquer
1 canPeaches
3 pcsKiwi
1 cupStrawberries
1 cupGrapes
Marshmallows (optional)

How to cook

  1. Melt the chocolate and whipping cream together in a bowl of simmering water.
  2. Stir in the kirsch.
  3. Keep fondue warm over fondue burner while you dip and eat.
  4. Arrange the fruits in skewers, cutting into desired shape and size.

Yield 8-10 servings
